Zafa Abdi vs Chris Cato

Boxing Daily Report from the Mr. Vicious promoted show at Yankee Stadium, New York City,  taking place on 11/11/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on HBO, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zafa Abdi (6(2) - 0) who hails from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and Chris Cato(17 - 13 - 5) from Austin, USA.  Both Abdi and Cato weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Richard Denholm, and the three ringside judges are Ian Shea, Matthew Renwick and Enzo Chiti.  

Round 1: 

Abdi steps inside and throws a left uppercut, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Abdi ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Abdi pushes his forearm into Cato's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Abdi lands a stiff jab.  
Abdi closes the distance.  Cato pivots to the left of his opponent.  Abdi lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  Abdi holds on to his opponent.  Abdi is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Abdi and breaks the clinch.  
Cato steps to the outside.  Abdi throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Abdi steps inside and is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Cato drops his hands, and waves his opponent in.  Abdi lands a jab to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Abdi advances into close range and connects with a left hook.  Abdi holds on to his opponent.  Abdi tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Cato's kidney. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Abdi about fouling.  
Abdi lands a sharp right hook.  
Abdi lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Abdi ties up his opponent.  Abdi leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Abdi uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Cato's kidney. The ref breaks Abdi's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Abdi walks his opponent down, trapping him in the blue corner.  Cato finds the target with a jab.  
Abdi closes the distance and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Cato throws a left hook, but Abdi ties up his opponent.  Abdi is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Abdi's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Cato is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Abdi lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Abdi gets on the inside and digs in a firm left hook to Cato's body.  
Abdi lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Abdi lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Abdi closes the distance and digs in a left hook to his opponents ribs.
