Miguel Loyola vs Alejandro Cid

Boxing Daily Report from the Bolivar Fighting promoted show at Selestino Melchior Gym, Cartagena,  taking place on 12/11/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Colombia-Bolivar Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Miguel Loyola (8 - 5 - 1) who hails from Cartagena, Colombia and Alejandro Cid(7 - 9 - 4) from Magangue, Colombia.  Both Loyola and Cid weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Neper Eusebio, and the three ringside judges are Jax Colindres, Rodrigo Cabezas and Rico Costilla.  

Round 1: 

Cid lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Cid closes the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Loyola throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Cid pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.  
Loyola sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Cid throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Cid steps inside.  As Cid tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Loyola dabs at his face checking for damage.
