Montgomery Rozenthal vs Marlon Eric

Boxing Daily Report from the Gbedema Promotions promoted show at Demont Beaufort Gym, Garoua,  taking place on 15/11/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon-Nord Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Montgomery Rozenthal (9 - 9 - 6) who hails from Garoua, Cameroon and Marlon Eric(18 - 3) from Garoua, Cameroon.  Both Rozenthal and Eric weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Justin Mbamba, and the three ringside judges are Labaron Ulliel, Bruce Kamgaing and Edmond Tumi.  

Round 1: 

Eric gets on the inside and digs in a left hook to Rozenthal's body.  
Eric lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Eric lowers his hands, trying to provoke his opponent to attack.  Rozenthal strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Eric is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by two left hook's to the head.

Rozenthal throws a right hook, but the shot is blocked.  Eric clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Eric pushes his forearm into Rozenthal's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Eric.  
Eric quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a solid left uppercut.
