Rob Aitken vs Vere Oliphant

Boxing Daily Report from the Tshwete Promotions promoted show at Telo Latham Gym, Montreal,  taking place on 17/11/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-Quebec Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Aitken (10 - 13 - 2) who hails from Gaineau, Canada and Vere Oliphant(13 - 4 - 2) from Gaineau, Canada.  Aitken weighed in at 126 pounds, while Oliphant weighed in at 125 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Sinjon Bellanger, and the three ringside judges are Bruce Hathorne, Michael Oliver and Louis Gillespie.  

Round 1: 

Aitken steps away from his opponent.  Oliphant lands a cross.
