Carlos Covarrubias vs Tajo Basulto

Boxing Daily Report from the Asante Promotions promoted show at Ensenada Morataya, Ensenada,  taking place on 02/12/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Mexico-Baja California Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Covarrubias (15(1) - 0) who hails from Tijuana, Mexico and Tajo Basulto(7 - 8 - 4) from Tijuana, Mexico.  Covarrubias weighed in at 246 pounds and 11 ounces, while Basulto weighed in at 234 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Isidro Martinez, and the three ringside judges are Nasario Martir, Vicente Montesinos and Jesus Avena.
