Lao-Tzu Hsiao vs Davin Wern

Boxing Daily Report from the Magicman Promotions promoted show at Magicman Gym, Dublin,  taking place on 30/10/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Lao-Tzu Hsiao (30(29) - 0 - 1) who hails from Zigong, China and Davin Wern(2 - 6(2) - 1) from Copenhagen, Denmark.  Both Hsiao and Wern weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michael Sloan, and the three ringside judges are Nathan McKay, Jason Farrell and Lee Donnell.  

Round 1: 

Hsiao steps away from his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Hsiao sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Wern gets on the inside.  Hsiao lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Hsiao is looking to keep his distance and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Wern steps inside.  Hsiao pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Hsiao is on target with a sharp cross.  
Hsiao lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Hsiao lands a ramrod jab.  
Wern throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Hsiao lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Hsiao feints a left hook, and then lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Wern forces Hsiao to retreat onto the ropes.  Hsiao lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Wern closes the distance.  Hsiao lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Hsiao lands two right hooks followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Wern recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Hsiao lands a ramrod jab.  
Hsiao finds the target with a jab.  
Hsiao lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  Hsiao holds on to his opponent.  Hsiao pushes his forearm into Wern's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Hsiao to stop fouling.  
Hsiao lands with a spiteful jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Wern's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Wern's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Hsiao lands a stinging cross.  
Hsiao tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross, overhand right and a cross to his opponents head.  
Hsiao lands a jab.  
Hsiao lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Hsiao lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Hsiao lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Wern manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Wern finds the target with a jab.  
Wern steps inside.  Hsiao hits home with a stinging right hook.

Hsiao is on target with a firm cross.  
Hsiao is looking to keep his distance and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Hsiao sidesteps to the left of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Wern walks Hsiao onto the ropes.  Hsiao connects with a solid cross.

Wern steps inside.  Hsiao pivots to the left of his opponent.  Hsiao lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Hsiao ties up his opponent.  Hsiao is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Hsiao is looking to force the stoppage!  Hsiao lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND WERN IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 8.  Wern now seems to have his senses back.  
Hsiao switches the action to the outside and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Hsiao is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Hsiao lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS WERN SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Hsiao!
