Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Shandong promoted show at Jinan Tsoi, Jinan,  taking place on 23/11/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the China-Shandong Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on His TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are On Sheih (13 - 3(1)) who hails from Zibo, China and Quon You(9 - 10 - 6) from Qingdao, China.  Both Sheih and You weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Confucius Sung, and the three ringside judges are Chen Aun, Shen Kong and Yuan Ng.
