Mark Kwemoi vs Patrick Makau

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at World Hope Stadium, Nairobi,  taking place on 02/12/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Kenya Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WWX Sport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mark Kwemoi (12(5) - 1) who hails from Athi River, Kenya and Patrick Makau(14(1) - 8) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both Kwemoi and Makau weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Duncan Wakihuri, and the three ringside judges are Kashif Haque, Joe Mwirichia and Ludacris Nkaissery.  

Round 1: 

Makau steps inside.  Kwemoi hits home with a left uppercut.
