Phillippe Delfosse vs Beau Papin

Boxing Daily Report from the Offei Promotions promoted show at Gage Herard Gym, Dakar,  taking place on 31/10/2028:

Clearly Offei Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Senegal-Dakar Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Phillippe Delfosse (9 - 4 - 1) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Beau Papin(12 - 8) from Dakar, Senegal.  Both Delfosse and Papin weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Thibaud Ly, and the three ringside judges are Landry de la Bretonne, Royal Lievremont and Alain Savane.
