Viktor Polyakov vs Marlen Makhnutin

Boxing Daily Report from the Nimoh Promotions promoted show at Komsomolsk Melantev, Komsomolsk,  taking place on 12/12/2028:

Clearly Nimoh Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Russia-Khabarovsk Krai Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Viktor Polyakov (21(2) - 1 - 1) who hails from Khabarovsk, Russia and Marlen Makhnutin(5 - 20(1) - 1) from Khabarovsk, Russia.  Both Polyakov and Makhnutin weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Isaak Kudinov, and the three ringside judges are Fedor Slutzky, Afon Lopatin and Aleksandr Korolev.
