Shaun Nhieu vs Ali Asad

Boxing Daily Report from the Rooq Promotions promoted show at MBJB Indoor Stadium, Johor Bahru,  taking place on 30/12/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Malaysia Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Astro Arena, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Shaun Nhieu (22(17) - 0) who hails from Shah Alam, Malaysia and Ali Asad(13 - 3 - 2) from Shah Alam, Malaysia.  Nhieu weighed in at 108 pounds, while Asad weighed in at 107 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rehan Sabet, and the three ringside judges are Obaid Diab, Farhan Younis and Khalid Lodhi.  

Round 1:
