John Blair vs Santiago Manrique

Boxing Daily Report from the Smoking Joe promoted show at Oracle Arena, Oakland,  taking place on 08/02/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Lights Out Blair (31(26) - 0) who hails from Oakland, USA and Santiago Manrique(18 - 6(4)) from Santiago de Cuba, Cuba.  Both Blair and Manrique weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dominic Owen, and the three ringside judges are Dillon Downey, Fraser Lesley and John Benitez.  

Round 1: 

Blair lands a stinging cross.

HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Blair tries to land a cross, but Manrique sidesteps and counters with a firm right uppercut.  Manrique quickly recovers.

Blair is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Blair lands a BRUTAL right hook.  MANRIQUE IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Manrique now seems to have got his legs back.
