Alejandro Felipe vs Aimon Merlos

Boxing Daily Report from the Maphatsoe Promotions promoted show at Cipriano Mancera Gym, La Paz,  taking place on 15/12/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Bolivia-La Paz Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Felipe (11 - 11 - 7) who hails from La Paz, Bolivia and Aimon Merlos(17 - 3(1) - 1) from El Alto, Bolivia.  Both Felipe and Merlos weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ponce Betances, and the three ringside judges are Luis Zendejas, Luis Zendejas and Francisco Quintanar.  

Round 1: 

Felipe switches the action to the outside and is on target with a cross.  
Felipe closes the distance.  Merlos lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.
