John Ellis vs Gordon Whitfield

Boxing Daily Report from the Braveheart promoted show at Glasgow Weir, Glasgow,  taking place on 15/12/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Scotland Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Ellis (17(1) - 3(2)) who hails from Edinburgh, UK and Gordon Whitfield(15(2) - 1) from Glasgow, UK.  Both Ellis and Whitfield weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is William Cooper, and the three ringside judges are Anton Adam, Gordon Arnott and Peter McAlister.
