Michael Darling vs Mike Pennoyer

Boxing Daily Report from the Valor Boxing Championship promoted show at Robert Llewellyn Gym, Athens,  taking place on 17/11/2028:

Clearly Valor Boxing Championship have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Georgia Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Michael Darling (7 - 7 - 1) who hails from Atlanta, USA and Mike Pennoyer(3 - 5(1) - 1) from Atlanta, USA.  Both Darling and Pennoyer weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Horn, and the three ringside judges are Ethan Mun, Ewan Rodgers and Dai Gibson.  

Round 1: 

Darling lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Pennoyer closes the distance.  Pennoyer pivots to the side of his opponent.  Darling hits home with a left hook.

Pennoyer sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Darling throws a right hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Pennoyer walks Darling down, trapping him in the corner.  Pennoyer pivots to the left of his opponent.  Pennoyer attempts to land a right hook, but Darling blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Darling tries to keep the action at long range.  Pennoyer throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a cross.

Pennoyer advances into close range.  Pennoyer pivots to the right of his opponent and connects with a left hook.
