Senon Negro vs Marco Tagle

Boxing Daily Report from the Barry Scott Promotions promoted show at Central Gym, Guatemala City,  taking place on 27/11/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Senon Negro (3 - 0) who hails from Guatemala City, Guatemala and Marco Tagle(8 - 4 - 3) from Managua, Nicaragua.  Negro weighed in at 146 pounds and 15 ounces, while Tagle weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Javier Patron, and the three ringside judges are Fausto Loya, Jeraldo Lusco and Javier Patron.  

Round 1: 

Tagle tries to keep the action at long range.  Negro lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Negro gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Negro manouvers his opponent into the red corner.  Negro hits home with a sharp right hook.  
Negro hits home with a right hook.  
Negro lands a sharp right hook.  
Negro gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Negro lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Tagle tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook to Tagle's ribs.  
Tagle hits home with a cross.  
Negro gets on the inside.  Negro lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  Negro wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Tagle dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Tagle finds the target with a jab.  
Negro lands a left hook.  
Negro closes the distance and drives a right uppercut into Tagle's body.  
Negro gets on the inside and digs in a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  Negro holds on to his opponent.  Negro is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Negro and breaks the clinch.  
Negro lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Negro ties up his opponent.  Negro leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Negro lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Negro lands a cross.  
Tagle is looking to keep the action on the outside and tries to land an overhand right, but Negro slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Negro manages to force Tagle onto the ropes.  Negro is on target with a solid left hook.  Negro ties up his opponent.  Negro leans on his opponent using all his weight. Tagle is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Tagle and breaks the clinch.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Tagle's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Tagle's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Tagle's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Negro drives a left uppercut into Tagle's liver.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Tagle dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Negro lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Negro advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Negro clinches his opponent.  Negro leans on his opponent using all his weight. Tagle uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Negro behind the head.
