Amell Mehrhoff vs Alhwin Christoffer

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Germany-Baden-Wurttemberg promoted show at Jarmann Johnsen Gym, Freiburg,  taking place on 17/12/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Germany-Baden-Wurttemberg Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Amell Mehrhoff (7 - 11 - 3) who hails from Mannheim, Germany and Alhwin Christoffer(14 - 7(1) - 6) from Freiburg, Germany.  Mehrhoff weighed in at 154 pounds, while Christoffer weighed in at 153 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Odhert Meinders, and the three ringside judges are Wilburt Jude, Arvin Angerhofer and Walten Heidtman.  

Round 1: 

Mehrhoff is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Christoffer throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.

Mehrhoff gets on the inside and throws a right hook, but Christoffer ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Mehrhoff pushes his forearm into Christoffer's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Mehrhoff about fouling.  
Christoffer lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Christoffer sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.

Mehrhoff switches the action to the outside.  Mehrhoff is keeping his hands low...it looks like he wants his opponent to throw first.  Christoffer connects with an overhand right.  
Mehrhoff closes the distance.  Christoffer wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Mehrhoff dabs at his face checking for damage.
