Harry Gebremedhin vs Rehan Fawaz

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Mombasa Municipal Stadium, Mombasa,  taking place on 20/01/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Eastern African Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WWX Sport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Harry Gebremedhin (13(4) - 1) who hails from Mombasa, Kenya and Rehan Fawaz(11 - 5(1) - 2) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Gebremedhin and Fawaz weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tavon Wanga, and the three ringside judges are Michael Bwakali, Lewis Muriuki and Hassan Badini.  

Round 1: 

Gebremedhin steps inside and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Gebremedhin clinches his opponent.  Gebremedhin pushes his forearm into Fawaz's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Gebremedhin about fouling.
