Sammy Ochuka vs Max Lai

Boxing Daily Report from the Ndovi Promotions promoted show at Nairobi Kamathi, Nairobi,  taking place on 24/12/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Kenya Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sammy Ochuka (19(1) - 6(1) - 1) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Max Lai(19(4) - 5(1)) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both Ochuka and Lai weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lisimba Kimeli, and the three ringside judges are Manu Yator, Stuart Lone and Elliot Lumumba.
