Emanuel Monserrate vs Edmundo Gangan

Boxing Daily Report from the Rooq Promotions promoted show at AATF Sports Complex, Imus,  taking place on 31/12/2028:

Clearly Rooq Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-Cavite Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Emanuel Monserrate (15(1) - 2) who hails from Imus, Philippines and Edmundo Gangan(14 - 6 - 4) from Dasmarinas, Philippines.  Both Monserrate and Gangan weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Arong, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Garzon, Alejandro Vivar and Alejandro Alejo.
