Malik Ansari vs Rehan Farooq

Boxing Daily Report from the Sultan's Fists promoted show at Shah Alam Convention Centre, Shah Alam,  taking place on 01/01/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia-Selangor Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Malik Ansari (9(7) - 1) who hails from Shah Alam, Malaysia and Rehan Farooq(13 - 12 - 4) from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.  Ansari weighed in at 115 pounds, while Farooq weighed in at 114 pounds And 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Haider Kabir, and the three ringside judges are Zafa Othman, Malik Azimi and Rashid Ghani.  

Round 1: 

Ansari hits home with a sharp overhand left.
