Roger Pakau vs Michael Waddel

Boxing Daily Report from the RJS Promotions promoted show at RJS Gym, North Shore,  taking place on 16/12/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Roger Pakau (4 - 0) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and Michael Waddel(2 - 3) from Waitakere, New Zealand.  Both Pakau and Waddel weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Henry Edmonston, and the three ringside judges are Brin Stackpole, Mike Sproule and Richie Seay.  

Round 1: 

Pakau lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

Pakau is looking to close the distance.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Waddel dabs at his face checking for damage.
