Imran Iqbal vs Faisal Mona

Boxing Daily Report from the Manyama Promotions promoted show at Kampala Rwamirama, Kampala,  taking place on 02/12/2028:

Clearly Manyama Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uganda-Kampala District Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Imran Iqbal (14 - 7) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Faisal Mona(11 - 2) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Iqbal and Mona weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Salim Kalemazikusoka, and the three ringside judges are Shontae Batuma, Mark Hamya and Felix Makubuya.  

Round 1: 

Mona closes the distance and walks Iqbal down, trapping him in the red corner.  Mona lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.
