Lloyd Byars vs Kyle Owen

Boxing Daily Report from the Najjemba Promotions promoted show at Charlotte Dillon, Charlotte,  taking place on 02/12/2028:

Clearly Najjemba Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-North Carolina Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lloyd Byars (17 - 6 - 1) who hails from Raleigh, USA and Kyle Owen(5 - 21(2) - 4) from Charlotte, USA.  Both Byars and Owen weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alen Corson, and the three ringside judges are Dale Jones, Bryan James and Dan Creelman.  

Round 1: 

Byars steps inside and lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Byars switches the action to the outside and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Byars tries to land a cross, but Owen sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.
