Vicente Prudencio vs Juan Tinajero

Boxing Daily Report from the The wright promotion promoted show at New Kingston Lemmond, New Kingston,  taking place on 30/01/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vicente Prudencio (6(1) - 0) who hails from Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic and Juan Tinajero(12 - 11(1) - 3) from Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic.  Both Prudencio and Tinajero weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jordan Haldane, and the three ringside judges are David Duris, John Cullom and Alen Candlish.  

Round 1:

Prudencio is looking to keep his distance and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands an overhand right, jab and a cross to his opponents head.  
Prudencio steps to the outside and lands an overhand left followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Prudencio switches the action to the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.

Tinajero steps inside.  Prudencio lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Prudencio tries to land a right hook, but Tinajero blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Prudencio is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Tinajero tries to land a cross, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Tinajero connects with a cross.  
Tinajero throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Tinajero manouvers Prudencio onto the ropes.  Tinajero feints a left hook, but Prudencio ignores the feint and is on target with a left hook.  
Tinajero is on target with a right hook.  
Prudencio lands a jab to the head followed by a cross to the body.  
Prudencio lands a left uppercut, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Tinajero pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Prudencio's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Tinajero's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Tinajero's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Prudencio hits home with a cross.  
Prudencio tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Tinajero closes the distance.  Prudencio lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Prudencio clinches his opponent.  Prudencio pushes his forearm into Tinajero's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Prudencio to stop fouling.  
Prudencio tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross, overhand left and a cross to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Prudencio sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Prudencio lands three consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS TINAJERO DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 9.  
Prudencio lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS TINAJERO TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Tinajero now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Prudencio connects with an overhand left.  
Prudencio steps to the outside and lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Tinajero closes the distance.  Prudencio is on target with a sharp right hook.  
Prudencio sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a firm cross.  
Prudencio feints a left hook, and then connects with a firm cross.  
Tinajero manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Prudencio lands a jab to his opponents body.  
Prudencio is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Prudencio quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES TINAJERO!  The ref does not give Tinajero the chance to beat the count...The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Prudencio!
