Mikhail Allikas vs Valeri Avots

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Latvia-Riga promoted show at Riga Sipols, Riga,  taking place on 06/01/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Latvia Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Viasat Sport Baltic, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mikhail Allikas (3 - 4(1) - 1) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Valeri Avots(7 - 6) from Riga, Latvia.  Both Allikas and Avots weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Igor Kovals, and the three ringside judges are Pyotr Rutitis, Boris Jaunslavietis and Igor Vainags.
