Confucius Liu vs Arnie Owen

Boxing Daily Report from the Hennessy Boxing promoted show at Buffalo RiverWorks, Buffalo,  taking place on 13/01/2029:

Clearly Hennessy Boxing have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Confucius Liu (20(10) - 1(1)) who hails from Chengdu, China and Arnie Owen(32(16) - 1(1)) from Bakersfield, USA.  Liu weighed in at 134 pounds and 11 ounces, while Owen weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rex McNiall, and the three ringside judges are Rich Kelly, Chris Chisolm and Phil Graden.
