Verlyn Watiyakeni vs Mason Simuchelete

Boxing Daily Report from the Donnelly Boxing promoted show at Kitwe Masheke, Kitwe,  taking place on 18/02/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Zambia Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Verlyn Watiyakeni (21(8) - 1 - 1) who hails from Kitwe, Zambia and Mason Simuchelete(8 - 0) from Lusaka, Zambia.  Both Watiyakeni and Simuchelete weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kaleb Mukwena, and the three ringside judges are Tavon Muyunda, Tamarius Miyanda and Phornello Hamabilo.
