Ryo Penalver vs Xaverius Santillan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Bolivia-La Paz promoted show at El Alto Menendez, El Alto,  taking place on 15/01/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Bolivia Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Tigo Bolivia, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ryo Penalver (15 - 5 - 3) who hails from Cochabamba, Bolivia and Xaverius Santillan(14 - 9) from El Alto, Bolivia.  Both Penalver and Santillan weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ponce Betances, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Porto, Diego Gamez and Francisco Tomey.
