Jax Palomar vs Xavion Solorzano

Boxing Daily Report from the Mufwembe Promotions promoted show at Jax Floro Gym, Santo Domingo Norte,  taking place on 15/01/2029:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jax Palomar (5 - 13 - 4) who hails from Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic and Xavion Solorzano(17 - 5 - 1) from Santo Domingo Norte, Dominican Republic.  Both Palomar and Solorzano weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Onate, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Acosta, Angel Vara and Diego Cendejas.  

Round 1: 

Palomar tries to land a cross, but Solorzano blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.
