Scott Chan vs Joel Sou

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Sarawak promoted show at Kuching Kan, Kuching,  taking place on 19/01/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Malaysia-Sarawak Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Scott Chan (8 - 9 - 5) who hails from Kuching, Malaysia and Joel Sou(8 - 4 - 5) from Kuching, Malaysia.  Chan weighed in at 134 pounds and 5 ounces, while Sou weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Asif Khalili, and the three ringside judges are Asif Khalili, Waqas Zaher and Ali Mannan.
