Ian Bethune vs James Ellis

Boxing Daily Report from the Cpboxing promoted show at Georgetown Jones, Georgetown,  taking place on 20/01/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Guyana Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NCN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ian Bethune (8(2) - 2 - 1) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and James Ellis(7 - 6 - 2) from New Amsterdam, Guyana.  Bethune weighed in at 139 pounds And 11 ounces, while Ellis weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leeroy Work, and the three ringside judges are Ewan Morton, Greg Rhoderick and Kieran Wales.  

Round 1:
