Daichi Kon vs Angel Fletes

Boxing Daily Report from the Ninja Warriors promoted show at Arena Tachikawa Tachihi, Tokyo,  taking place on 03/02/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Daichi Kon (13(7) - 0) who hails from Suita, Japan and Angel Fletes(12 - 4 - 2) from Tlaquepaque, Mexico.  Both Kon and Fletes weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hiroki Amaya, and the three ringside judges are Dai Usui, Aki Fujii and Hajime Enomoto.  

Round 1: 

Fletes sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Fletes tries to land a cross, but Kon blocks the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut.

Kon throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Kon holds on to his opponent.  Kon leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Kon lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Kon is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Kon quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands with a ramrod jab.  
Kon feints a left, and then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Fletes advances into close range.  Kon connects with a stinging right hook.

Fletes is not fighting as well as he'd like.   He throws a low uppercut...that landed south of the border! The ref tells Fletes to keep his punches above the belt.  He gives Kon time to recover.

Kon tries to step out of his opponents range.  Kon sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Kon lands an overhand left.  
Kon pivots to the side of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Kon steps away from his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Kon lands a jab to the body, a jab to the head and a cross to the body.

Kon hits home with a left uppercut.  Kon ties up his opponent.  Fletes leans on his opponent using all his weight. Fletes hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Frustration is reaching boiling point for Fletes now.   He steps inside, but then strikes Kon with a blatant low blow!  The ref separates the two fighters and tells Fletes to keep his punches up.  He gives Kon a few minutes to recover.
