Abdul Haque vs Waqar Zamani

Boxing Daily Report from the Nzala Promotions promoted show at Isfahan Musa, Isfahan,  taking place on 22/01/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Iran-Isfahan Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Abdul Haque (2 - 2 - 2) who hails from Isfahan, Iran and Waqar Zamani(15 - 2) from Isfahan, Iran.  Haque weighed in at 159 pounds And 11 ounces, while Zamani weighed in at 159 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ibrahim Sabet, and the three ringside judges are Ahmed Hakro, Haaris Amini and Rehan Siddiqui.  

Round 1: 

Haque steps inside.  Zamani connects with a left hook.  Zamani clinches his opponent.  Zamani leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Zamani closes the distance and connects with a solid left uppercut.  Zamani ties up his opponent.  Zamani pushes his forearm into Haque's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Zamani to stop fouling.

Zamani feints a jab, tricking Haque into countering with a left uppercut.  Zamani springs the trap, countering with  a firm cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Haque's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Haque's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.
