Emilio Malave vs Felippe Montoya

Boxing Daily Report from the Barry Scott Promotions promoted show at Guatemala City Mujica, Guatemala City,  taking place on 27/01/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Emilio Malave (5(2) - 0) who hails from Mixco, Guatemala and Felippe Montoya(7 - 7 - 2) from Managua, Nicaragua.  Both Malave and Montoya weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Antonio Sanchez, and the three ringside judges are Elias Catalina, Reynaldo Ruis and Cris Barco.  

Round 1: 

Malave closes the distance and is on target with a left hook to Montoya's ribs.  Malave clinches his opponent.  Malave pushes his forearm into Montoya's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
