Charles Irungu vs Waqas Qureshi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Nairobi promoted show at Uhuru Basketball Court, Nairobi,  taking place on 24/01/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Nairobi Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Charles Irungu (14 - 6(3) - 2) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Waqas Qureshi(6 - 6 - 1) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Irungu weighed in at 135 pounds, while Qureshi weighed in at 134 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rich Ashira, and the three ringside judges are Duncan Wakihuri, Paul Changeywo and LeBron Naikuni.
