Mel Christopher vs David Sherriff

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Wellington promoted show at Taita Sport & Community Centre, Wellington,  taking place on 26/01/2029:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the New Zealand-Wellington Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mel Christopher (19(2) - 5 - 2) who hails from Wellington, New Zealand and David Sherriff(5 - 2 - 3) from Wellington, New Zealand.  Christopher weighed in at 112 pounds, while Sherriff weighed in at 111 pounds and 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Brad Milner, and the three ringside judges are Barry Ramage, Glynn Morgan and Barry Christeson.
