Frasier Ciss vs Elliot Kandji

Boxing Daily Report from the Offei Promotions promoted show at Pikine Leye, Pikine,  taking place on 31/12/2028:

Clearly Offei Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Senegal-Dakar Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Frasier Ciss (6 - 10 - 3) who hails from Pikine, Senegal and Elliot Kandji(9 - 10(1) - 1) from Pikine, Senegal.  Both Ciss and Kandji weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mallory Saheli, and the three ringside judges are Acelin Badji, Borden Gladieux and Gaston Angrand.
