Clint Friel vs Paul Stewart

Boxing Daily Report from the tG promoted show at tG Gym, Brighton and Hove,  taking place on 25/01/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Clint Friel (3 - 0) who hails from York, UK and Paul Stewart(3 - 0 - 3) from London, UK.  Both Friel and Stewart weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Antonelli, and the three ringside judges are Jonathan Calvert, Tommy MacNeal and Sid Aitken.  

Round 1: 

Friel pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a sharp left hook.  
Friel lands a jab to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Stewart steps to the outside and is on target with a jab.

Friel switches the action to the outside and lands an overhand right followed by  two straights to his opponents head, AND SENDS STEWART SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 7.  
Friel feints a left hook, and then lands a FIERCE cross.  
Friel knows Stewart is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Friel lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right hook to the head, AND KNOCKS STEWART DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 8.  Stewart now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.
