William Couch vs Inigo Cook

Boxing Daily Report from the tG promoted show at tG Gym, Brighton and Hove,  taking place on 29/01/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are William Couch (8 - 0) who hails from Plymouth, UK and Inigo Cook(4 - 5 - 1) from Portsmouth, UK.  Both Couch and Cook weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fred Perry, and the three ringside judges are James Antonelli, Oliver Ingraham and Harry Gwilym.  

Round 1: 

Couch is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Couch attempts to land a left hook, but Cook sidesteps and counters with a cross.

Couch forces Cook to back into a corner.  Cook lands a right uppercut.  
Couch is looking to close the distance and digs in a left uppercut to Cook's body.

Cook tries to keep the action at long range.  Couch quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a jab.

That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
