Faisal Hikmat vs Irfan Rayes

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Saudi Arabia-East promoted show at Riyadh Raphael, Riyadh,  taking place on 19/02/2029:

Clearly AI Saudi Arabia-East have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Saudi Arabia-East Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Faisal Hikmat (14 - 12(1) - 8) who hails from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Irfan Rayes(10 - 11(4) - 3) from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.  Hikmat weighed in at 199 pounds and 14 ounces, while Rayes weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Abdul Naif, and the three ringside judges are Danyaal Amber, Rehman Yaseen and Jawad Allan.
