Ellis Kalonje vs Jake Chemweno

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Afraha Stadium, Nakuru,  taking place on 17/02/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Nakuru Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ellis Kalonje (5 - 15 - 6) who hails from Nakuru, Kenya and Jake Chemweno(2 - 4 - 2) from Naivasha, Kenya.  Kalonje weighed in at 227 pounds and 4 ounces, while Chemweno weighed in at 253 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Andy Uttien, and the three ringside judges are Marques Muriuki, Atif Ghazal and Jay Butita.
