Montrose Herard vs Sam Massie

Boxing Daily Report from the GAT Management promoted show at TD Place Arena, Ottawa,  taking place on 26/04/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Canada Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Super Channel, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Montrose Herard (29 - 0 - 1) who hails from Gaineau, Canada and Sam Massie(20 - 3 - 1) from Toronto, Canada.  Both Herard and Massie weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dylan Morris, and the three ringside judges are Mark Weatherley, Dylan Morris and Denton Cadden.
