Jair Virgen vs Rodrigo Alonso

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Guerrero promoted show at Acapulco Santistevan, Acapulco,  taking place on 23/02/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Guerrero Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jair Virgen (19 - 4) who hails from Chipancingo, Mexico and Rodrigo Alonso(4 - 12 - 4) from Acapulco, Mexico.  Virgen weighed in at 229 pounds And 9 ounces, while Alonso weighed in at 215 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Baltasar Poblete, and the three ringside judges are Jerrold Santibanez, Joaquin Gracia and Agapetus Villagran.
