Rodrigo Sotomayor vs Guido Lara

Boxing Daily Report from the Dauda Promotions promoted show at Santiago Dimayacyac Gym, Cabuyao,  taking place on 23/02/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Philippines-Laguna Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rodrigo Sotomayor (16 - 3) who hails from Cabuyao, Philippines and Guido Lara(16 - 4 - 3) from Calamba, Philippines.  Sotomayor weighed in at 146 pounds and 12 ounces, while Lara weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ulises Puruganan, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Trillo, Scott Tulabing and Cuba Villescas.
