Diego Palomino vs Jose Murcia

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Paraguay-Alto Parana promoted show at Alejandro Cilia Gym, Ciudad del Este,  taking place on 26/02/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Paraguay-Alto Parana Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Palomino (12 - 9 - 1) who hails from Ciudad del Este, Paraguay and Jose El Cid Murcia(19 - 11 - 3) from Ciudad del Este, Paraguay.  Both Palomino and Murcia weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Tabares, and the three ringside judges are Xabat Verano, Elias Coronel and Edmundo Javier.  

Round 1: 

Murcia contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Palomino tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Murcia is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.
