Ulan Assiful vs Cody Kanku

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Gauteng promoted show at Ian Van Ryneveld Gym, Soweto,  taking place on 31/01/2029:

Clearly AI South Africa-Gauteng have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa-Gauteng Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ulan Assiful (13 - 16 - 3) who hails from Soshanguve, South Africa and Cody Kanku(13 - 2 - 3) from Soweto, South Africa.  Assiful weighed in at 118 pounds And 15 ounces, while Kanku weighed in at 118 pounds.    As Assiful came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Colin Ntambwe, and the three ringside judges are Arali Kessels, Michael Grobbelaar and Cole Twala.
