Stuart Sproat vs Ray Welsh

Boxing Daily Report from the Kaggwa Promotions promoted show at Tulsa Bower, Tulsa,  taking place on 27/02/2029:

Clearly Kaggwa Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Oklahoma Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Stuart Sproat (13 - 8 - 2) who hails from Oklahoma City, USA and Ray Welsh(5 - 8 - 1) from Tulsa, USA.  Both Sproat and Welsh weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lucas Jones, and the three ringside judges are Ibrahim Habibi, Roger Newburn and Dave Watterson.
