Sam Nixon vs Steven Ross

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Showtime Gym, Miami,  taking place on 03/03/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sam Nixon (4(2) - 1) who hails from Ontario, USA and Steven Ross(17 - 16(3) - 2) from Long Beach, USA.  Both Nixon and Ross weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Brett Arthur, and the three ringside judges are Ian Hossack, Daniel Ruthven and Malcolm Kinion.  

Round 1: 

Nixon gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.

That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
