Tommy Byrnes vs Ron Reid

Boxing Daily Report from the Mthethwa Promotions promoted show at Patrick McGregor Gym, Aberdeen,  taking place on 12/02/2029:

Clearly Mthethwa Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Scotland Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tommy Byrnes (4 - 13 - 6) who hails from Glasgow, UK and Ron Reid(6 - 10 - 4) from Edinburgh, UK.  Byrnes weighed in at 139 pounds And 15 ounces, while Reid weighed in at 139 pounds And 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Angus Greenaway, and the three ringside judges are Gordon Loch, John McVicker and William Owen.
